I have a geranium that I love, can I bring it in the house when it gets cold and bring it back out in summer?

can some perianals be brought out of the cold and into the house and still live for the next blooming season?

Absolutely they can be overwintered. You can also take cuttings and plant them (I have put them in water a few days to start the roots...but do not keep them in water or they will rot).
Reply:Just treat them like your cat. You wouldn't want little kitty kitty to freeze right?
Reply:Yes, my mom bring in her geraniums every year. They do great by a sunny window
Reply:Geraniums are annuals that can be overwintered inside. Cuttings will root in water in a week or you can put them directly in moist soil to root. New leaves = roots.
Reply:Yes. They may loose their leaves but they can come back every year. I do it.
